- The bot token issued by BotFather
- Permission to manage Integrations in your SEROS workspace

- In SEROS, open Unified Inbox and select the new Telegram conversation.
- Send a reply from SEROS and confirm it arrives in Telegram.
Expected resultBoth the incoming message and the SEROS reply are visible in the two apps.
FINAL CHECK
Verify before your team relies on it
- The integration health check reports the bot identity
- The connection status is Active
- A new customer message appears in the Unified Inbox
- A reply sent from SEROS arrives in Telegram
IMPORTANT NOTES
Know the provider rules
Telegram bots cannot start a private conversation with a user who has never messaged the bot.
If the token is rotated in BotFather, replace the encrypted credentials in SEROS and run Test again.
