BEFORE YOU START
What you need
SEROS uses Meta's authorization screen. You choose a Facebook Page and whether to connect Messenger, Page comments, or both; SEROS handles the access token and webhook securely.
- Admin access to the intended Facebook Page
- Permission to grant Messenger and Page interaction access
- Permission to manage Integrations in SEROS

- Replies are sent from the expected Page identity
IMPORTANT NOTES
Know the provider rules
Disconnect an older manual Meta connection only after the replacement channel passes its health check.
Page roles and Meta permissions can change; use Reconnect when SEROS reports a permission warning.
